I'm not getting notifications

First check that iOS Settings › So, Did You? › Notifications is turned on. Then check your quiet hours in the app's Settings: reminders that fall within quiet hours move to the next day. A single group's notifications may be off; on the group's page, use the ··· menu at the top right and choose "Turn on notifications".

How do I invite a friend to a group?

On the group's page, tap ··· › Invite a friend. From there you can share the link, read out the code or, if you're side by side, let them scan the QR code. Whoever gets the code can also join by typing it into the box on the Discover tab.

I gave the wrong answer

You can change your answer until the day ends; just tap the other magnet. The day ends in the group's time zone.

Blocking or reporting someone

Press and hold a message in the chat: Report and Block appear there. You won't see messages from someone you've blocked, and they can't nudge you. You can undo blocks in Settings.

I want to delete my account

Settings › Delete account. Your answers, notes, messages and photo are deleted; this can't be undone.

If you can no longer get into the app, write "Delete my account" to volkanerenee@gmail.com from the email address you used to sign in. We delete your account and everything linked to it within 30 days and let you know when it's done.
